Is it safe to upload my financial data?
It is a fair question to ask before uploading a bank statement to anyone. Here are the direct answers, without the usual hedging.
Can anyone at your company see my bank statements?
No. The analysis engine reads your file and produces the analysis; the senior analyst who reviews it works from that processed analysis, never from your raw rows. The queues and screens the analyst uses are built so they carry no column from your account record at all, so a report reaches them without a name, an email address or a company attached to it.
Where is my data physically stored?
Inside the European Union. Files sit in object storage in Belgium; the database and the processing run in Frankfurt. Nothing is copied outside the European Union, and the company that operates the service is registered in Poland, so the whole chain sits under one jurisdiction.
What happens to card numbers inside my file?
They are masked before anything is stored. Any 13 to 19 digit sequence that passes the Luhn check is reduced to its last four digits on the way in, so a full card number is never written to the database, whether or not you knew it was in the file.
How is the file protected while it travels and while it sits?
Encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3, and encrypted at rest with AES-256. That applies to the file you upload and to the analysis produced from it.
If I cancel, how long do you keep my data?
Thirty days. A job runs every night at 03:30 Central European Time, finds accounts cancelled more than thirty days earlier and deletes their files and their analyses. It is not a promise waiting to be implemented: it has been running daily since 12 August 2026.
Can I delete everything myself, right now?
Yes. Deleting your account from your profile removes your uploaded files, your analyses and your account record. What is kept is the audit log, which records that actions happened and by whom, without holding your data.
Do you sell or share my data with anyone?
No. Your data is not sold, not shared and not used to train anything. It is used to produce your analysis and nothing else.
Who am I actually contracting with?
Olmedo Flores Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Krakow, Poland, KRS 0001159081, VAT PL6762688564, registered for intra-EU trade. The same company builds the product and does the analyst review.
